The CIME team, consisting of seven clinicians, a patient partner, a caregiver partner, two research staff, and Dorothy Barthélemy, had the opportunity to meet with Susan Harkema (Ph.D.), a leading expert in epidural stimulation for spinal cord injuries.
This meeting provided a valuable chance to discuss the various CIME projects, the types of stimulation being considered and the clinical and research organization, while benefiting from Dr. Harkema’s valuable advice. It was an extremely enriching exchange, helping to lay a solid foundation for the launch of the projects.
