With over 20 years of experience in sports massage therapy and 10 years specializing in sports acupuncture and neuro-acupuncture, Julie Yew shared an integrative approach focused on pain management, functional recovery, and spasticity.
The presentation was highly appreciated by the CIME team and the LM program clinicians. It brought together 10 clinicians (working within or outside the CIME program), 3 students, 3 coordinators, and 2 researchers from the CIME program. The discussions were rich, practical, and highly relevant to clinical practice, reinforcing the importance of collaborative and integrative approaches in supporting individuals living with SCI.
