The CIME Team at CSCI-RA: Enhancing National Visibility in Canada

The CIME team participated in the CSCI-RA (Canadian Spinal Cord Injury – Rehabilitation Association) conference this year, represented by Dorothy Barthélemy, Lucie Chesné, Héloïse Bourgeois, Sujata Sinha, Nicolas Hoang Quang, Nok-Yeung Law, and Julie Restout.

On site, we were also pleased to reconnect with our three clinical collaborators: Andréa Moreault, Isabelle Robidoux, and Marie-Ève Lamarche.

This highly relevant conference offered an excellent opportunity to showcase and expand the visibility of our work across Canada.

The team presented four posters, highlighting the diversity and advancement of our projects:

  • The co-creation process for the upper-limb project protocol, presented by Lucie Chesné (Poster 82).
  • The governance structure and communication strategy, presented by Julie Restout (Poster 83).
  • The first results of the upper-limb project, presented by Sujata Sinha, both as a poster and an oral presentation (Poster 75).
  • Preliminary results of the lower-limb project, presented by Nicolas Hoang Quang (Poster 78).

The abstracts for these presentations are available (in English) on the CSCI-RA website:
