We were pleased to welcome Mémo Québec for a visit to discover the CIME program. The visit began with a presentation of the program, followed by a tour of the various therapies offered on-site.
Representing Mémo Québec were the organization’s president, a research and liaison officer and five integration advisors. From the CIME side, Dorothy Barthélemy, the two research coordinators and a patient partner took part in the discussions.
The goal of this meeting was to help Mémo Québec’s integration advisors become more familiar with our services so they can better answer users’ questions. It was also an opportunity to share our latest advancements. The exchanges were rich and insightful, particularly around topics such as managing hope and communicating with users.
